Dan Johnson

President

Dan Johnson is a proven technology industry executive who has successfully identified new business opportunities, raised millions of dollars in capital, launched new businesses and products, developed and executed strategic plans, and negotiated multi-year, multi-million dollar contracts over his almost 20 years of experience.

Most recently, Dan launched a successful new WiMAX wireless telecommunications solution for Islanet, Inc., a provider of broadband and VoIP communications service in San, Juan Puerto Rico. He was involved in all aspects of the business from planning and fundraising to spectrum acquisition and negotiation, operational deployment, product branding, public launch, and ongoing management of the business. Prior to Islanet, Dan launched a wireless business in San Juan for Meganet, inc. where he helped secure capital, acquire critical spectrum assets, and eventually negotiated the sale of Meganet to Islanet in 2005.

Dan also has significant experience in the legal industry as a co-founder (1996) and current board member for Employment Practices Solutions, Inc ("EPS") in Southlake, TX. EPS is the leading national provider of expert employment practices consulting services to the legal industry, including expert testimony, training, and complaint investigations for law firms and their clients. Their consultants are based in major cities around the U.S. and all have employment law experience with major law firms.
